1. Digital Products (Astrology & Numerology Reports)

All our reports (including PDF reports, kundli, and name correction) are digital and personalized.

• Once the report is generated and delivered via email or screen, the order is considered final
• No refunds or cancellations will be applicable after delivery
• We request users to review their details carefully before placing an order

2. Refund for Duplicate or Excess Payments

If you are charged more than once or make an extra payment due to a technical issue:

• Please contact us immediately
• The excess amount will be refunded after verification

3. Accuracy Disclaimer (Important)

Astrology and numerology are interpretive sciences.

• Results may vary from person to person
• Refunds will not be provided based on:
  • Dissatisfaction with predictions
  • Perceived accuracy
  • Outcomes in life (career, finance, relationships)

4. Correction of Incorrect Details

If incorrect birth details (DOB, time, place, name) were submitted:

• Email us the correct information
• We will revise and resend your report once, free of charge

If you receive a damaged physical product:

• Inform us within 3 days of delivery
• Return the damaged item
• Replacement will be shipped within 7–10 business days
• Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer
